§ 9.075. STUDENT USE/POSSESSION OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DEVICES PROHIBITED . (Cr. Ord. #17-08)

(1)

DEFINITIONS. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall be used:

(a)

Electronic Communication Device . All one-way and two-way devices designed to send and/or receive electronic communications.

(b)

School Premises of the Germantown School District . All buildings and grounds and school buses within the Village owned, leased, or rented by the Germantown School District.

(2)

PROHIBITED. No person enrolled as a Germantown School District student may use, or possess an electronic communication device on school premises during designated school hours.

(3)

PENALTY. Any person who shall violate this section, shall be subject to a penalty as provided in section 25.04 of this Code.
