§ 8.11. USE OF SIDEWALKS.

FOR PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE TRAVEL. Village sidewalks shall be used primarily for pedestrian travel. However, bicyclists may also use such sidewalks under conditions set forth in section 7.12(7) of this Code.

(2)

HORSES AND MOTORIZED VEHICLES PROHIBITED. No sidewalk within the Village shall be used by horses or any motorized vehicle, except for snow removal or crossing with a lawn mower.
