§ 6.03. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. (Am. Ord. #26-95)

    MEMBERSHIP. (Am. Ord. #15-98; Am. Ord. #08-09) The Emergency Management Committee shall consist of the Village President, the Chairman of the Village Board Public Safety Committee, the Police Chief, the Fire Chief, the Village Administrator, the Director of Public Works and the Emergency Management Director. The Washington County Emergency Management Director shall serve as an ex officio member of the Committee. The Emergency Management Director shall serve as Chairman of the Committee.

    POWERS AND DUTIES. The Emergency Management Committee shall be an advisory and planning group and shall advise the Village President, the Director and the Village Board in all matters pertaining to emergency management.
