§ 3.15. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND ESTABLISHED. (Cr. Ord. #10-16)

  • The Village Board may incorporate into the annual budget a dollar amount, determined by a majority of the members of the Village Board, for the purposes of funding certain public improvements that the Board deems necessary. These funds will be allocated to the Public Improvement Reserve Fund and held for future expenditure.

    The Village Board may also direct existing undesignated funds be transferred to the Public Improvement Reserve Fund for these same purposes and the amount, also determined by a majority of its members.
