  • The following resources and the methodologies contained therein are hereby adopted by reference in their entirety, and shall be used in designing the water quality, peak flow control, and infiltration components of stormwater practices needed to meet the water quality standards of this chapter:

    Village of Germantown Stormwater Management Requirements, as promulgated and amended from time to time by the Village of Germantown Engineering Department, and as shall be approved by the Public Works Committee of the Village Board. (Runoff rates and quantities shall be analyzed using methodology as described in Urban Hydrology for Small Watersheds, USDA SCS Technical Release TR-55, using either the SEWRPC 2006 Regional Rainfall Distribution or the 24-hour NRCS MSE3 Distribution.)     In this chapter, the Village of Germantown design storm shall be based on NOAA Atlas 14, Precipitation-Frequency Atlas of the United States, Volume 8, Version 2.0: Midwestern States (Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin).
