§ 1.50. ASSESSMENTS AND SURCHARGES . (Cr. Res. #R09-06)

PENALTY SURCHARGE. The penalty surcharge imposed by the Mid-Moraine Municipal Court as mandated by §757.05(1)(a), Wis. Stats., shall, for offenses committed in the Village of Germantown on or after December 31, 2005, be increased to an amount equal to 26% of the forfeiture amount scheduled for the offense, and the schedule of permitted deposits in connection therewith shall be amended accordingly; and be effective as of January 1, 2006 nunc pro tunc.

ASSESSEMENTS. Mid-Moraine Municipal Court costs as governed by §814.65, Wis. Stats., for actions filed on or after April 1, 2006, arising out of offenses committed in the Village of Germantown, shall be in assessed the sum of $28.00, and the schedule of permitted deposits in connection therewith shall be amended accordingly, and be effective as of April 1, 2006.
