§ 17.18. Rs-5 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
The Rs-5 Residential District is intended to provide for single-family residential development at densities not exceeding 2.9 dwelling units per net acre and served by municipal sewer and water facilities.
(1)
PERMITTED USES. Same as Rs-3 District.
(a)
Single-family dwellings with attached or detached garages.
(b)
Yard and gardening equipment storage structures.
(c)
Home occupations and professional home offices.
(2)
