§ 12.22. SOLID WASTE (SLUDGE) DISPOSAL, COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION OPERATORS.

Every person who is licensed by the State of Wisconsin to maintain, conduct or operate a solid waste (sludge) collection, transportation and disposal service in the Village, pursuant to Wis. Adm. Code NR 151, shall, on or before October 1 of each year, file a copy of the State license with the Village Clerk. The filing requirement shall be an annual requirement.
