§ 12.04. CIGARETTE RETAILER'S LICENSE.

LICENSE REQUIRED. No person shall sell cigarettes in the Village without first obtaining a license from the Village Clerk. The provisions of §134.65, Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and made a part of this section by reference.

(2)

LICENSE FEE. (Am. Ord. #40-98, Eff. 1-1-99; Am. Ord. #40-99) The cigarette retailer's license fee shall be $100.00 per year.
